The Audit Committee is appointed by the Board of Directors of Edmonton Community Foundation to assist it in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities related to the quality and integrity of the financial reporting. The Committee monitors, evaluates, advises or makes recommendations to the Board on matters affecting external audits, financial reporting, accounting policies and practices, the operating budget and the related internal control systems of Edmonton Community Foundation.
