Through ECF's activities in the community, we hear about emerging community needs and innovative programs. The Community Investment Partnership (CIP) will help donors to make effective and strategic community investments by identifying these programs for your strategic community investment. It will also help ECF meet community needs by mobilizing a larger pool of resources.
