The deadline for giving is December 31, 2023
Edmonton Community Foundation offices will be closed from December 23rd, reopening on Tuesday January 2nd. If you are wanting to make a 2023 donation, please read the following important information to assist you.
If you wish to make a donation to be effective before the end of 2023 we suggest either:
- going online to www.ecfoundation.org and using the DONATE NOW button which will take you to our donation page via CanadaHelps.org. You can use the comment box to indicate which fund your gift is to support.
or
- please ensure that a gift mailed to us is hand-stamped by Canada Post with a postmark date of no later than December 31, 2023. This involves going into a postal outlet and asking for this free service. We know from unfortunate experience that gifts mailed near the end of the year often arrive with the next year’s postal date unless this extra step is taken.
Please do not rely on couriers or general e-mail during this office closure.
