ECF Sponsorship Requests

Please complete this form to be considered for sponsorship for your upcoming event or project. Sponsorship amounts range from $500-$3,000. Limit of one sponsorship per year per organization.

The information you provide will allow us to evaluate your submission based on alignment with ECF’s values, budget, and strategy, so please be as thorough as possible. All sponsorship decisions are subject to availability of funds.

Sponsorship requests should fit into the following guidelines to be considered:

Based in the Edmonton area
Aligned with one or more of the following areas:

Arts, culture and heritage
Recreation and leisure
Education and learning
Environment
Health and wellness
Social and community services

Please submit sponsorship requests a minimum of 90 days in advance of your earliest print deadlines for your event. Sponsorships submitted with less than 90 days notice may still be considered but will have lower priority than other requests.

Note: If you are a registered charity or student, please review our granting opportunities before requesting sponsorship, as there may be a grant that is better suited to your project for financial support.
