Affordable Housing Sustainability Fund
The Affordable Housing Sustainability Fund was initiated to generate an ongoing endowment to support and foster affordable housing in the Edmonton Region.
Once the fund reaches its minimum fundraising goal, the fund will generate gifts up to 4% of the funds total amount, once a year, with the priorities of:
- Establishing or maintaining a Landlord Risk Mitigation supports program; and/or
- Provide sustainable rental subsidies in the Greater Edmonton area; and/or
- Develop or maintain Affordable Housing.
Gifts will be made to Qualified Donees, by the Edmonton Community Foundation Board of Directors, from advice made by Fund’s Founder.
Donations to the Affordable Housing Sustainability Fund are welcome and appreciated.
