Ben Stelter Foundation Fund
The Ben Stelter Foundation was created to continue the legacy of Ben’s big heart and generosity. Our goal is to help children fighting Glioblastoma and other cancers. When you donate to the Ben Stelter Foundation, you’re making a positive difference in a child’s life and the future of pediatric cancer.
Where we’re investing:
Outcome Based Research: We want to find better treatments and outcomes for Glioblastoma and other pediatric cancers. We are funding research at the Stollery Children’s Hospital working directly to improve the wellbeing and outcome of children with cancer.
Medical Equipment: Some children require advanced medical equipment at home. Certain equipment isn’t always covered by Alberta Health or additional benefits and we want to lessen the financial burden on the families by helping them obtain the equipment they need.
Magical Experiences: Creating magical experiences for kids battling cancer to create life-long memories with their families. We are now accepting applications for Magical Experiences.
Venture Philanthropy: We will invest in unique, creative, innovative, entrepreneurial projects and entities that help with cancer treatments and potential cures.
