David Fuga Memorial Fund
Following David Fuga’s death, his friends rallied, and fundraised and provided programs in collaboration with Sport Central. David was a young, gifted athlete who excelled at hockey. After a number of years a memorial fund was created, in part from his friends fundraising and family contributions, at the Edmonton Community Fund with the intent to fund sport in economically disadvantaged areas.
