EVER Excellence Foundation is the vehicle through which RE/MAX Excellence and EVER Real Estate Developments support local and global initiatives for positive change. We believe in partnering and building relationships for the long-term with multiple organizations can solve the interconnected, complex challenges we’re facing in the world today.
Our Purpose:
• Connect people across sectors and systems while working to increase equity and belonging
• Create solid foundations of education and support for people, and their respective professional industries to thrive
• Amplify community-led and community-informed efforts, including the efforts of Agents of Excellence
• Support people and communities to adapt and evolve toward more sustainable practices

Our Neighborhood
We believe in connection and the transformational power of people coming together to support neighbours and to build strong, caring communities. We’re committed to supporting the grass roots initiatives and charitable events that improve the quality of life for diverse groups of people in the Greater Edmonton Area. We celebrate the diversity of our city and the people within in and commit to funding supports for groups in needs, collaboration of community, and inclusiveness and equality initiatives.
We invest in communities where our team members work and live, through donations and sponsorships to local community organizations. We support associate investments in causes that matter to them.
Our Origin
We believe in solid foundations and recognize the significant impact having the right knowledge and guidance can have in an individual’s career, and by extension their life. Our giving strategy includes funding initiatives that support setting up people for success in their life, including occupational support, youth recreation and education, professional development and inclusivity advocacy, business resources, industry advocacy and education and more.

We look at the world through a long-term lens and believe we have the opportunity – and responsibility – to help build a better future. We care for each other and the earth by creating long-term partnerships with charitable organizations who courageously and consistently seek solutions and spark change for future generations.
