Offering free classes to promote the wellness of disadvantaged children and their communities, primarily though yoga instruction.
Teachers say: “The students need yoga. When they’re asked what they did on the weekend, only about 5% say they did anything other than watch tv.”
Students say: “Yoga makes me feel good.” ~ “I like everything in yoga.”
