The purpose of the fund is to help people with chronic health conditions, illness or disabilities and their families. And to support research regarding the causes, prevention, detection, diagnoses, treatments, effective supports and possible cures for illnesses, disabilities and /or chronic health conditions. Giving priority to cardiac disease and conditions.
